FESTIVE PERIOD RETURNS
During the festive period we have extended our returns policy. All items purchased between 23rd of November, 2018 and 22nd of December, 2018 qualify for a return within 14 days of 25th of December.
Please follow our return process outlined below.
Any returns must be received by Style Heist within 14 days from the 25th of December to qualify for a refund. All items must be new and unworn condition for a full refund.
Sorry, this time has now expired. No returns from the Christmas period will be accepted.
You may return new, unsuitable & unworn items within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be back to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Please read full returns terms below.
How To Return.
If you need to return an item, simply do the following.
- Login to your Style Heist account.
- Go to your orders & alongside your most recent order select "return items
- Select which items you would like to return.
- Click Submit Return Request

No problem, head over to the login page, enter your email address and click forgotten password and you will be emailed with a password reset link.
All return requests are manually authorised. Once your return request has been accepted you will receive email confirmation stating "Return Authorised" You are then able to return your item/s to the below address.

If you return your items to the above address without completing a return request your refund will be delayed.
Items received outside of this 14 day period will not receive a refund. If your item/s arrive back to us between 14-21 days after you received it we will issue you with store credit for the equivalent amount. Items received after this time will be returned back to you at your expense.
Customers outside of the UK & Europe have 21 days to return their items.
All goods will be inspected on return & all items must be returned in original new condition in original packaging. Please do take extra care when trying on your items to ensure they come back in the same condition that they were in when you received them. If items are returned worn, soiled or damaged in any way, for example but by no means limited to, makeup, deodorant, liquid, fake tan or odours, such as perfume or smoke, then they will not be accepted for refund. For any such items returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse a return and require the buyer to pay the cost to ship the goods back to them within 14 days of notification, after which time we reserve the right to giveaway the items.
You will receive your refund within 14 working days of us receiving your returned package to us. Refunds are processed in the order we receive them, if you shipped your item back to us recorded delivery (recommended) and the item is showing as "signed for" then please rest assured that we have it and are processing it.
Emailing us to check up on your refund will not speed up the process, we do work through them as quickly as we possibly can.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive an automatic email saying your item has been "received." This means that we have processed you return, and refunded your monies. If you have paid via PayPal then your refund should follow minutes later, however card payments can take 24-48hrs to reach your account.
Refunds can only be credited to your original method of payment.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer a free returns service & shipping costs are non refundable.
Where credits are issued, they will be valid for a period of 1 year from date of issue, after which time the credit expires.
